Insulated roofing panels

I have a 120 sq meter monopitch house that needs a new roof. We are keen to get an insulated panel system for increased R value and heat retention. The current roof is 20 years old and needs the existing chimney needs to be removed, hence the opportunity to replace the entire roof with an insulated panel system. The chimney and water heater on the roof will both be removed permanently.
