Replace or patch spouting/Guttering

Hi there, My house got a leaking guttering need to be fixed. We tried to use some waterproof paste and cloth to fix it, which last for one winter. This winter, it leaks again, so we need some professionals to replace the gutter for us. The gutter goes through the house, I added a photo which you can understand better. If the replacement is not reachable, at least clean it and apply a thick pitch. Thanks, Allen
