Concrete tile roof repair and coating

We have a concrete tile roof. One storey old 1940s state house. There are a couple of leaks from broken mortar in the valleys. Also some moss/growth to remove. As we have had chimney removed, some tiles are a different colour, and the gutters get clogged up with stones, would also like a protective coating put on the roof.
