Gutter replacement and repair #2

1. Re-aligning the fall of gutters in 2 locations so it falls to the downpipe. 2. The roof above the front door leaks during heavy rain. I believe the gutters off the main roof overflow off the back of the gutters and then in water gets in behind the up-stand of flat roof. I am thinking the best solution is to remove the gutters and apply Sika flashing tape to increase the height of the flatroof up-stand and then install new guttering that has a better fall. Or open to any other better solutions
