Clearing guttering and cleaning skylight (safety gear needed)

As above, we have a two story house, with easy access to the roof from ground level on one side, but needing our gutters cleared on the side that is two levels off the ground. We also have a skylight on the same side that we would like cleaned. Appropriate harnessing/safety gear would be required given the height. Looking for this to be done as soon as possible/within the next week or so, weather dependent.
