Chimney flashing and shed roof replacement

We bought our house in Moera a few months ago, the builder's report recommended we replace the chimney flashing as it has surface rust. No leaks or anything, just preventative maintenance. We also have a 2.5 car garage with a double pitch corrugated iron roof that has some leaks, we'd like to completely replace all the iron, with some strips of transparent corrugation as well. The drain downpipe is fine but the gutters have quite a big hole, we'd like to replace all of the gutters at the same time.
