Cleaning out Guttering

During the recent storms our gutters were overflowing, and I believe this lead to water damage in our downstairs office. We want to get our gutters cleaned as I believe they're clogged. House is single level, on the side of a hill (street is on the high side), with garage and home office below the far end. I've included some photos for context, though they're a few years old.
