Expansion joiners

Insert four expansion joiners in existing guttering and clean and reglue corner joints. Replace about 6 roof nails with tech screws and apply silicon around chimney flue to eliminate current leaking. The guttering and gentle pitched roof are easily accessible by ladder from deck. Owner is ready and able to pass tools etc if needed.
