Leaking roof in sunroom
Job description
Leak developed in sunroom. Discovered on 24 December 2020 after heavy downpour. Roof may be a standing seam roof but need to confirm with specialist. 2 storey house but this room is on the ground floor with easy access. Leak has resulted in hole in plaster ceiling in sunroom. Roof is flat and metal - see attached pictures. Seeking frank advice about whether this is a repair or replace job.
