Roof gutter frames need repair
Job description
The roof lower Fascia and Plancier (if i have my terminology right) are rotting and falling off. Need to understand extent of damage and replace these around the entire house with treated wood.

Cost ended up being double what was originally quoted, arguably it's not their fault - but even without all the unexpected surprises, the verbal price and written price went up by over a grand. Some frames are uneven and not sealed properly. Planks of wood on the roof frame not all the same width, not sure how that can happen if buying fresh cuts of wood like I paid for.

"Sorry about that but the electrical work that needed to be done was not provided by our company. We had to bring in licencsed electricians to complete that part of the job. We also did extra work not originally quoted for in that we cleaned out all your gutters and repaired the broken roof tiles."
