Roof repairs two storey house
Job description
I have a few minor roof repairs and changes to make on our roof which is a two storey house currently being renovated. The jobs are: - remove mushroom vent and replace coloursteel to stop leaks. - remove old aerials attached to chimney - remove rusty nail and replace with bracket on spouting - replace fabric roof section on front alcove which ahs been patched many times - Inspect roof and carry out any preventative maintenance Please note the photos show scaffolding in place, this is no longer there. I have had other contractors look at this job but they have not been keen or capable to operate at the height required.
