Roof Rust Remedy

I have some rusty corrugated iron roofing that I need to get remedied ready for painting. I’m planning to paint the roof myself. Most of the rust appears to be surface rust but there is an isolated area where the rust appears more advanced. I also need the roof underlay repaired in one location where it has ripped and some debris have got in. I could list this separately if can’t be done by the same person who remedies the rust. I have attached some photos and descriptions from the building inspection report I got done on the house around six months ago.
