Replace concrete tile roof with iron

Replace concrete tile roof (single story) with colour steel or equivalent. Would like quote with material and labour seperate, address of property is 48 Wainui road, Lower Hutt (opposite old griffins factory), looking to have roof done in next 4 weeks. Quoting must be provided by 10th October to be considered. Please provide details of warranty with quote. We have been advised existing concrete tile roof is beyond saving. Also Interested to hear if there is a different opinion, or options. Property is tenanated, and they have been advised that roofers will be onsite over the next week to measure and quote.
