Roof Leak- erratic timing but needs fix!

We are looking for someone who does work in both roofing and spouting to come around and give advice and perform a water-test on a section of roof that has been giving us a leak in one of our rooms (we have a flat roof). The roof above that section is also very newly replaced.
It tends to only happen with heavy rain and certain wind (not sure what direction) and causes quite a bit of water to leak down one of the supporting beams in the room and we really want this to stop.
We have had many differing opinions and a severe lack of people returning to us and actually providing a quote to get work done, this is why we want a water test done as we still don’t know where to start.
We really want a confident opinion with a supporting quote.
Someone is working from home on Wednesday's but we will aim to be as flexible as possible.
