We live in a single level, 3 bedroom house with a metal roof. Seems to be in good shape over all. Gets cleaned every 5-6 years and was last painted about 10 yrs ago. Potential weak spots to be identified, repair and preventive maintenance to be done for roof and guttering. I am available on Tues, Wed and weekends to take you around the property.
