Bathroom window/ ceiling leak repair

I need assistance fixing a leak in my bathroom, as I cannot do so myself due to my disabilities. I haven't been able to confirm whether it is coming in my porch roof or the main roof. Successfully fixed a kitchen leak in September via silicon on the main roof. Recently placed a tarpaulin over my porch roof.

Due to financial constraints, I am only interested in a repair at this stage. Though I may be in a position to recoat or replace at some stage later next year. 1972 decramastic tile roof, negative for asbestos. One-story townhouse, with a low gradient roof.
