Replacing Mancave Roof

Welcome to BAR 37, my home bar built off the garage. Very special place to both my partner and myself. I would like an estimate on replacing the roof, ideally Corrugated iron as cheaper and same I already have. You can see in the photos the amount of patches it's had before I brought the property, I don't want anymore patching done for this reason. Also missing most of the guttering and one side is completely exposed as photo, will need this made weather tight. Guttering looks like it used to dump water over the fence, be good if it can be done so water isn't dumping behind the mancave. Mancave measures 20 square meters total. Please give me an estimate as i need this done soon before it becomes a bigger problem. Quote me right and look after me, I will have more work in the future for you.
