A flashy one

The exterior of the house is to painted, but the flashing and barge boards need to be replaced first. It is a flat roof, and slopes from the front down to the back and because the house is on a very gentle slope, lower at the front than the back, scaffolding is needed, as at the front, from the ground, is comparable in height to a two storied house. The flat is 70 sqm, is adjoining the next door flat, so has only three walls to contend with.
