Re-Roof or Roof repair, recondition & repaint

I've got a 60's house 128 m2 with original roofing and leadheads. Single story, boomerang shape. I'm tossing up a full re-roof or restore and need prices to measure against. There are a few leadheads missing and the rust is starting to get away so a re-roof is a likely scenario. We don't have a time frame on completion so no rush on the job itself but of course knowing what we are up for is the first step
