Owhitu House Reroof

Removal of existing Onduline corrugated roof with Colour Steel Max corrugated profile. I have had a roofer do a measure up and have a diagram showing measurements (uploaded), required flashings etc. I also have the opportunity to purchase the materials in advance from Steel and Tube and share barge costs to Barrier with a neighbour who is also having his roof replaced. Pretty straightforward job 238sq metres. Single storey. Two valleys and a few penetrations including brick chimney, stove flu, light pipes. Can provide accommodation on site for duration of job. Will pay all transportation costs and expenses. Can also throw in some extra days of accommodation and fishing to sweeten the deal.
