2-bedroom dwelling with pitched long run corrugated iron roof which needs some repairs prior to propsed painting. - Refix the ridge capping to an area near the chimney & fix down the cap/flashing over the redundant chimney. - Replace rotten timber barge boards (the boards are laid flat on the iron roof) with suitably treated timber or folded metal barges. - Replace any of the fascia boards that are in poor condition - Install folded metal barge for back porch roof - Prep, etch & prime rust spots - Treat to remove Lichen - may require more than one application of moss and mould treatment to clean up.
