Leak repair

Hi, There is a humid patch on our bedroom ceiling and we're not sure if it's coming from the roof or if it's a problem trapped under the pink batts... we'd like someone to check it and hopefully fix the issue. The patch has actually been there for a while and since someone came a few years ago (before the pink batts insulation was put in), it didn't get any worse but this morning we saw some mould growing... Access to the roof cavity is easy but we have ceiling tiles so you have to be careful not to step on them.. Thank you
