Kitchen fan exhaust flashing - Replace/Repair

Kitchen range hood exhaust fan exits through the roof - this has developed a leak the runs down through the range hood into the kitchen. This is a single level house with a metal tiled roof. Would like the external roof unit replaced and re-sealed. The new range hood is ready to be installed (previous one was water damaged due to leak) and so would like to have the repair done as soon as possible so we can continue with the range hood install.
