Roofing & Spouting Repairs

- Check flashing around Chimney (was leaking in the past) - Replace 2x Piece of Corrugated Iron on the roof where the hot water pipe comes out and install flashing (this has been leaking and currently has a very temporary fix in place) , the second pipe used to go into the toilet but is no longer in use so can be removed - Replace 2x Clearlite sheets on the double garage - Repair where two parts of the guttering (South side) are leaking slightly at the joins. - Repair spouting (South side attached garage) where at the moment it is going straight on the ground needs to be redirected to the drain (approx. 2m away)
