Initial comms & planning was good. James seem knowledgeable about the fix & seemed to have evidence of past success. During the job, he communicated well, there was some issue with workers, however he kept mostly to schedule. After the job was finished it became clear that while most of the repointing had been done to a good quality there was one section where it was not fully complete & the pointing wasn't finished properly. This has resulted in a leak inside & rework. He is now unresponsive.
