Job description
Leaky roof Noticed a puddle inside with recent rain... Looked up.. Sure enough wet ceiling 99% sure its related to renovations in kitchen last year Hot water cylinder removed A vent pipe exiting roof was removed and repaired.... With silicon Now noticed leak.. Looks like its been leaking a while Obviously keen to get this repaired. Looking for a repair not a re roof as likely want to sell the house in coming months
