Hi there, I'm looking at replacing my roof. Currently has concrete tiles, which are possibly 60+ years old. I suspect they're the original tiles as home was built approx. 1960s. House is approx. 100sqm. Ideally I'm looking for quotes on two options: 1. Concrete tiles: Replace similar with similar. These are my preferred option as I understand they'll have similar heat retention and noise reduction properties (we live in an old house on a busy road). Also I'm led to believe they'll last longer than say Coloursteel. 2. Coloursteel. Just to have something to compare it with. Not as keen on this, but depends on price, durability, heat retention and noise reduction. Looking for a complete quote (with breakdowns) of the materials, scaffolding, any painting required, and labour. Happy to consider other options too. Ideally I'd like to get this completed in the next 2-3 months.
