We have 4-6 concrete roof tiles that are loose and need to be secured again. The sparky removed a security light because it had blown due to water getting in it. He advised that we need to secure the roof tiles down before he will replace the light as the tiles are currently letting water in. Its a small job but I'm happy to pay $100 ish to get it fixed properly.
