Job description
Hi There, We are looking to clean up and paint fascia and soffits while re-roofing and to add a vent (approx 120 x 120 mm) to the soffit. The house is being re-roofed and scaffolding will be available for your access. Our place is one of two double storeyed units and our neighbour is doing the project together along with us. The fascia | soffit work will be on three sides on our property. One of the sides may need to be replaced and that can be assessed when you visit. The re-roofing date is currently scheduled for mid-February 2019, however there is a possibility that it could be before Christmas this year. Please let me know when you can visit the property so I can get you access. Thanks

Great communication, stuck to budget | quote, job done on time and the work was done really well. Work reviewed on --- . The photographs were taken soon after completion and show 3 pictures soon after and two before the work started. The two taken before the work started are to show what the condition was that needed repair. Highly recommend Slates for a similar job.
