Leaky roof

Part of our roof has solar panels on it, that is now causing leaking, which in turn has meant loss of power to half our house- water dripped down through light fitting. We have been advised to replace this part of the roof which we are happy to do. We need someone who can either also remove the solar panels and put them up again or has someone who can do this.
This is getting urgent as we have been trying to get this done for months.
Please someone help.
I'm in a wheelchair so can't get up to take photos.
