A small section of the ridgeline capping has lifted due to high winds. It needs approx. 2-3 screws to lock it back down again securely. Easy task for the right person, not a big job, but you will need to get up on the ridgeline to complete the task. There's plenty of easy access to first floor via windows, but you will need a ladder to lean against the 45 deg roof slope. to get up on the ridgeline.
