I am buying this house it has a pressed steel tiled roof, built in 1970s, floor area 120sqm, exstate house. The builders report stated grit cover wearing thin and moss growth is compounding this degradations, re-painting should give a reasonable finish, spot repair also required to minor rust surface. Just want a quote
