Newly purchased home- corrigated iron roof, built in the 60s. . Building report states that there is a poor repair that needs redoing where the UHF aerial fastens to the house (we would like the aerial removed and moved to a more suitable location, and one of the projections needs replacement. There is a small projection over the back entry where the roof needs replacing. And the metal spouting needs replacement. The fascia and barge boards also need repairs. You are welcome to come and view prior to giving a full quote. It all needs repainting however we intend to do this as a DIY job.
