Roof replacement MH
Job description
House area is 64 m2, rectangular shape. Length of roof is approx. 11 m, width approx. 7m, roof pitch is approx. 30 degrees, probably slightly less. House is on a sloping section; slope is front to back (roadside to back) and side to side (right to left). Back left is the lowest point of the section; joists are approx. 6 foot above ground level at this point. There is a deck running the length of the left side, and a poly- roof over the back door on the right. Existing roof is approx. 40 years old; existing profile is smaller corrugations. There is a hot water cylinder pressure relief vent pipe mid-roof on the right, and a TV antenna at the back on the right. Access to the property is easy, no front fence. Unpainted roofing iron, and cost of painting 4. Cost of scaffolding Preferred time frame - before winter rains set in, preferably between now and April/May.

It has been a pleasure dealing with Jamie. He arrived promptly for the roof inspection, recommended roofing steel, flashings and underlay, and provided colour samples. Jamie's pricing was very competitive, and he replied to a couple of questions re: the quote very quickly. Jamie very kindly accommodated a short delay for a plumbing job, but once the re-roof started, he and his colleague worked like Trojans. The completed roof is very, very good, and I am delighted with it. Thank you Jamie!
