1 x panel on roof has come loose. Needs to be fixed back in as vibrates and flaps when windy. 1 x panel is rotton near front door and needs to be removed and new panel fitted. Also painted so matches house. Same area the spouting near a flashing seems to drip alot. Assume needs the join to be sealed.
