Replace PVC spouting down two lengths of roof. Current spouting has one down pipe per side. Approx. length each side 11 - 12 metres. North face is accessible from the deck, south face will require at least a ladder, as height to spouting is approx. 3.70 - 4.0 metres. Preferred time frame between 6th to 27th May.
