Fascia gutter repair/replacement

We have an internally mounted fascia type (Klass?) gutter that has failed on one side of the house. The gutter is a pretty simple installation; just a 21m straight run with 2 rectangular (100 x 50) downpipe droppers. The first quote we would like is to repair the existing system by replacing the whole run of gutter on that side of the house with a colorsteel type product. The second quote we would like is to remove the internally mounted gutter on that side, trim the soffit, fit a new fascia (timber?) and then install a new external gutter preferably connecting to the current downpipes.
