Clean Guttering - tricky access

We have a modern two+ storey house and some of the guttering is not accessible from the ground using the extendable vacuum systems that most guttering cleaners use (due to location of a balcony, dormer windows & limited flat space in front of the 2+ storey side). Roof pitch is quite steep. Our gutters have not been cleaned for 11 years (!!). Looking for a tradesman or team who can clean all our guttering.
