Very heavy rain tonight - walked into the kitchen and noticed minor occasional dripping coming around the outer edge of the skylight in the middle of the kitchen ceiling (have placed bucket on kitchen floor and there's minimal being collected) Subsequently went up into the roof and everywhere is very dry in general, but around the external part of the foil tubing there is a slight collection of water dropping down from the corner of the skylight. Can't deduce if there is a collection any further up but don't think so currently. Only just bought the house - there is evidence of someone previously putting some silicone in to fix it - have marked this location with vivid I contacted the previous owners and they said "We had that fixed a while back. It leaked a little bit in the drifting rain from the East so had a plumber in to seal it. Had no further problems after that. Never had it in heavy rain before. Get a plumber or a roofer to check it out" Would appreciate someone coming in to seal this up asap :-)
