roof leak

I have a leak in the roof of my house. It seems to be coming under the South side tiles. The current weather seems to have sped up the rate of water coming in. It is a slow drip which seems to coming under in under the tiles , insulating roof iron and the building paper when the weather/rain comes from the South. it is now dripping through a light fitting.
