Broken Abbotsford tile and hip tile

In recent winds a hip tile broke loose and landed on one of the Abbotsford tile on the side of the roof causing it to crack badly. In rain it lets in water and during heavy rain I am emptying 8-10 litres a day from the buckets I have put down. If they overflowed it would leak into the kitchen through the light fittings. I have tried a temporary fix with a plastic bag from inside the roof but this has not helped. We are concerned about leaving our house for more than 24 hours in case it rains and it is not easy crawling under the roof emptying buckets.
