Gutter cleaning and Gutter Guard

I have a 1970s brick two storey home. I also have a very large Copper Beech tree that frequently blocks the gutters. I need the gutters cleared, potentially patches made as required, and some gutter guard installed as I am intending to sell the home next year. I have enthusiastic dogs that will bark a lot when you arrive, but should settle down - they can be shut away if required.
