This is a shingle roof home done in about the 80's. Waiomu, just north of Thames. I think its Melvoid Roofing, rubbery material as per TCDC documents. Needs full maintenance and repairs to the whole roof - internal leaking now and shingles completely gone in areas . Along with water blastering/wetforget???? quote needed from various people
