The first visit was in October last year. Mike fixed both leaks in one day. The invoice dated --- was in the amount of 886.64. During the whole summer there were no problems, but in the autumn at the end of April, with the first heavy rain and gale-force wind, the leakage in the living room at the same spot became more intense than before the October repair. Mike's second visit and repair of the same leak cost 922.85 according to the invoice dated 5/6/22. So I paid twice for one leakin

"Hi Oleg, the process of eliminating leaks can be tricky and given the travel to site being out of town extends the cost quite significantly, with the second visit to site and seeing how the leak got worst I was able to see the underlying issue and fixed this accordingly, I do hope have no future issues in this area or I'm happy to come have a look and discuss the options and even fix it if it's with in my capability FREE of charge.
