Leak in tile roof in SE corner only - roof repair and/or interim cover with tarp
Job description
From the rain deluge a few days ago, I have a leak in the SE corner of my (single story) tile roof. First time noticed any leak (came through to ceiling in 2nd toilet). Will need roof repair but an interim mitigation is to apply a tarp to the affected area - over SE ridgeline. Need tradie to apply the tarp ASAP. Have all provisions (3 sizes of new tarps, sandbags, wood, rope etc). Later on will need roof repair, plus some gib and wood replacement in ceiling, plus possible roof replacement to Coloursteel but realise that's going to take longer to complete so for now seeking someone to put the tarp on securely ASAP.

Vinne and his colleague came around to inspect the leak and were able to resolve it immediately (I had a spare tile they could use to replace the broken one). Applied mortar to affected ridgeline too. V happy with the result and confident no more leaks in net big rain event! Thanks
