Install flashing between side of townhouse and new outdoor louvre

I have installed a new outdoor louvre on my patio area and want to have someone install some flashing about 4 metres long and 300 mm wide to connect the gap between the side of the townhouse and the louvre so it keeps the entire area dry from the elements. I want it done nice and tidy and clean and something simple and cost effective but that will serve the purpose. Want it done ASAP.
