Job description
Looking for general roof maintenance and some specific roof repairs that were detailed in property check when first purchasing house. "The roof is clad with corrugated steel and a small area of rubber membrane linings. The roof generally appears in sound condition. Maintenance is required to a number of areas to ensure the roof remains watertight and in position." Specific repairs needed: - Several fixings near the northeast valley area are missing and are required to ensure the roofing remains in position. - Repairs required at the base of all apron flashings where holes and gaps are identified (required to prevent water entering the areas) - Sealant to the compression flashings near the concrete block walls is showing signs of deterioration and requires maintenance, particularly at the north elevation flashing (ensures area remains watertight) - The ridge cap flashing near the dormer window on the north elevation requires repairs to close the gaps.
