Job description
Water damage noted on ceiling in lounge , surmise leaking roof. Galvanized roof? Repairs needed. Wet insulation removed, replaced. Down pipe on front of house leaking when heavy rain. Repaired, resealed. Guttering cleaned. Can only show damage noted from inside house.

Marc has done a fantastic job. Talked me through what needed doing and how to maintain the spouting. Great job on the roof, more extensive a job than first thought. Left the place tidy. Did a few extras to do a professional job. Thank you Marc. Highly recommend Gracious living property management.
