Leaky roof repair

Our builder's report for a house we are buying has noted leaking areas and slight surface dry rot to be inspected. There are also popped nails, missing nail heads, slightly raised sheet edges, a raised ridge lead edge, and downpipes which need to be fixed. We are wanting a quote to raise with the current seller to negotiate and will potentially call out for the job pending their decision. (It's corrugated iron and 110m2 house- roof is standard V shape).
