S Cooper Re-roof House and Garage
Job description
Require full replacement of existing roof and the disposal of old roofing materials of house and garage. Existing roof is painted corrugated iron, with a combination of old lead head roofing nails and galvanised roofing screws. House Roof has a couple of pertruding pipes, a wood burner flue and a satellite dish attached. The house is single storey built in 1960 and has a floor area of approximately 120 square metres. The garage is a standard 6m x 6m. Note narrow driveway entrance difficult for big trucks. Looking to replace with Long run roofing material. Need job done before start of winter.

Would definitely recommend Roof Safe NZ Ltd for re-roofing. The roof looks great due to the quality of the workmanship. All communication was quick and easy via Builders crack, email and messaging. Job was delayed a couple of days due to very hot and windy conditions making it unsafe.
